Count the number of clicks as you slowly pull on the parking brake as far as it will go (approximately 196N (20kgf, 44lb.f)). The adjustment is correct if you hear the number of clicks specified.
If you count more or less clicks, have the parking brake adjusted by your Toyota dealer.
